How do I get the hose down to water line for new pull out sprayer on kitchen faucet? Remove faucet from sink?
This is a kitchen faucet with a pull out sprayer. One hole installation. The hose snapped away from sprayer and I’m trying to feed a new hose down to the water supply line, but it doesn’t seem to fit. When the old hose broke, it dropped through, under the sink, but I can’t get the new hose to drop down and they are the same size. Do I need to remove the entire faucet from the sink to feed the hose through?
If u disconnect the old hose…u should have the clearance to put the new one thru. Most are standard and should not give u any problems. Good luck. Question…How did the old one get busted? The water should not have enough pressure to bust it. U must have the pressure checked on the house…should be 65 lbs. and no more. If u have more, u should think of a pressure regulator for the house.
