Replacing Kitchen Sink Sprayer Hose

Kitchen sink scrub brush
I have a scrub brush that slides onto the end of my hose sprayer on my kitchen sink. I bought it in Decemeber 2006 from organize.com and it needs replaced. I can not find one anywhere. I love that thing and use it multiple times a day. Does anyone know where I can find one?? I checked the online store where I had bought the first one and can’t find it!! Please help!!
